What is foodzone?
foodzone is an innovative first-class food delivery service, working with the best restaurants in the city. We cooperate with the most popular restaurants and offer a wide range - both in terms of food and operating hours. When you're hungry, foodzone is there, bringing your favorite food, just a few clicks away and in an instant! You can easily order through our website or mobile app. All the food is prepared and packaged by our great partner restaurants and then the food is transported by our talented couriers in special, thermally insulated bags.
When do you deliver?
Our delivery times vary. Some of our partner restaurants open later, but also earlier than others. In cases, where we manage the deliveries, our operating hours are: 09:00 - 23:00
Service area?
At the moment, foodzone and our partners deliver to the majority of neighbourhoods of Sofia, Varna, Plovdiv. Naturally, it all depends on where exactly you live. But don't hesitate to take a look, if there's a restaurant you'd like to include for delivery to where you live, don't forget to let support@foodzone.bg know.
Can I order from different restaurants at the same time?
Yes and no. If you want to order from different restaurants, you can make one order per each restaurant and place them at the same time, however a delivery fee will be added to each order.
What determines which restaurants I can order from?
Each restaurant has a unique delivery zone that is determined by several factors. Our radius is approximately 3 kilometers - restaurant to customer, but sometimes this is adjusted due to, for example, bicycle convenience, food transportability and season/weather. Restaurants can also choose to go offline (and thus disappear from your delivery zone) at times when they are under too much pressure. Which restaurants do you work with?
All restaurants in Bulgaria are welcome to join our us. We do our bess to provide a wide selection of the best restaurants in each city we service. If you have recommendations, please contact us at support@foodzone.bg
What is the delivery fee ?
We have different delivery fees, depending on the distance from the restaurant. Restaurants that handle their own deliveries, set their own delivery fees.
How long does delivery take?
Surprisingly quick! The average delivery time is 40-60 minutes, but the exact time depends on the restaurant of choice and time of the day. Before placing an order, you will spot an indicative delivery time. It is based historical data asa well as the real-time data. It does not account for the size of your order. This could also determines how long it takes. Please note that the time shown is an estimate and does not always indicate the exact delivery time as unexpected delays may occur.
Is there a minimum or maximum order value?
We do not limit how much you can order, but the minimum order value is BGN 19.99. If your order does not amount to BGN 19.99, you can either add more items or simply pay the difference up to BGN 19.99. If you need a really big order, i.e. for more than 10 people we recommend to pre-order or contact us in advance, so we can confirm with the restaurant that everything is ok. Please note that all orders are placed through the platform and never by phone/email.

Menus and allergies
What should I do if I have allergies?
If you have questions around food ingredients and allergies, please contact the restaurant. You will find the restaurant's contact information on our platform. You are always welcome to contact our customer service for assistance too.
How do I fill in a special requests?
You fill in your special requests in the comments box that appears when you click on the dish in your shopping cart. Please note, that special wishes and handled by the restaurants and they give their best to cover them all. The rule is that products are sold as described in the menus so we can not guarantee that all special requests will be addressed. Note it's not possible to just add products/ingredients.
Why isn't the entire restaurant menu on your website?
We do our best to provide everything the restaurants have to offer, but we have chosen to make some restrictions related to, among other things, how easy the food is to transport. If one of your favorite dishes is missing in your chosen restaurant, you can reach out to us at support@foodzone.bg so we can check if we are able to add it.
Payment
How do I redeem a discount coupon?
When paying, under "Payment" press "Do you have a coupon?". You then enter your code and click "redeem" and the code will be activated automatically. If you are having troubles applying a discount you have, please email us the code plus the value of the discount code and we will try to help.
What are the available payment methods ?
You can pay by credit/debit cards or cash. If your company prefers to pay after an invoice, please contact us.
Can I pay after an invoice?
For our business clients, we offer a service that covers payment after invoice. It also includes other features so that you and your colleagues can easily enjoy good food while working. If you want to register your company, please contact us.
My order was canceled but still got charged?
When you place an order, the amount is blocked directly into your account. If your order is interrupted, for example due to the restaurant running out of stock, we will release the blocked amount on the same day. Unfortunately, this amount is not immediately visible in your account. It becomes visible only when your bank provides it to you. This usually happens within 2-5 business days, but depending on the bank it can take up to 7 business days.
When will I receive my refund?
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be in your account within a week or so. Refunds are made when one or more items are missing or if the entire order has been declined by the restaurant for any reason. Canceled orders are automatically refunded to your account, but if something is missing from the order, please email us so we can review and act further.
Why I am unable to pay?
Our system usually reacts if you frequently change the combination of payment card and foodzone account. Try using an account linked to a debit card and it shouldn't be a problem. Please also note that your card must be open for online payments in order to shop with us. If the issues is elsewhere, you can contact us at support@foodzone.bg and we will try to assist further.
The order did not meet my expectations ?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with the food you have received, please contact our customer service immediately. If something is wrong with a dish, please take a picture and send it to us. Our customer service then makes an individual assessment and will reach out to you.
